Dear Patrons,
Thank you so much for becoming a patron of the Maysville Players. With our new ticketing system comes new opportunities. While patron codes are no longer needed, we ask that you bear with us for a bit as we get the kinks worked out!
Currently to reserve your patron tickets, we ask that you email the date you’d like to attend, the number of tickets you need and any seating preference you might have (if you see open seats you want just tell us the numbers or if you just like a particular section that works too). We will also need to know whether the tickets are for adults, students, or seniors. Email this info to patronticketing@gmail.com. Within a few hours you will receive an email confirmation from ON THE STAGE for your reservation which will include your QR code and ticket information. You can print this out or just show us the info on your phone as you check in with our ushers. Your email would ultimately look like this:
We need 4 seats (2 Adults – 1 Student – 1 Senior) for Friday, October 7. We prefer the right side midway back on an aisle.
If you do not use email, please continue to call us (606.564.3666) and we will gladly book your seats for you and hold them for pickup in the box office. As mentioned, the new system has a few quirks and does things differently than we were previously comfortable with, but we are all working to make the changes seamless for you and ultimately easier for us all.
Just for your info, the owner of the system we previously used has discontinued their ticketing software so we had no choice but to move forward in another direction. The new system offers many positive upgrades . . . it will just take time to process it all.
